• Typically a Master’s degree with appropriate training and experience
• Ability to work with adults and youth
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated management, networking and collaborative skills to build alliances and partnerships
• Willingness to work flexible hours (some evenings and weekends), personal mobility/transportation required
• Ability to be an effective team member and work with an integrated group of professionals and customers
• Knowledge of technology and computer skills
